To become a citizen you must pass a short interview test. Therefore you must have a basic knowledge of English, be able to understand spoken questions, and be able to answer those questions in grammatical English. 

This site will prepare you to understand and answer those questions. 

You must also know some things about American History and Government. Although you should study seriously, do not worry. It should take you only a few weeks to learn all the information. 

Listening and speaking are the most important skills for the interview so it is very important that you practice listening to the questions, reading them aloud, and saying them. You may want to: 1) memorize the answers by repeating them 2) make an audio tape of the questions and answers or 3)practice the interview with a friend.
