Fundamental Team Handball Skills

Team handball is often referred to as "soccer with your hands." Team handball combines elements of soccer, basketball,
water polo, and ice hockey. It is a game which requires a team of seven players (goalie and six field players) to run down
a court the size of almost two basketball courts (20 meters wide by 40 meters long) while jumping, throwing and catching
a ball with an objective to throw a ball passed a goalkeeper from outside a marked goal area.
